I haven’t written in a while, and while there are lots of reasons (well, really one: I got busy.) I felt a tug at me to write this post for days. So here goes:

I saw a post on Facebook recently that was a cheer to teachers in all different kinds of circumstances. With some schools in person, others hybrid, and others virtual, as a field, all of us that work in schools are experiencing incredible shifts in our roles right now and how we best support students. This is hard work. We are all in different places and situations, and yet the struggle is real for all of us in this “new normal.”
